YZ320 系列综合微机保护装置


一、产品简介

YZ320 系列综合微机保护装置包含 YZ320-Ⅰ、YZ320(9 个单元)、YZ320-Ⅱ(9 个单元)三类型号,适用于 10kV 及以下各类中压电网,可适配多种接地方式、开关柜与母线接线系统,集成保护、测量、控制、监测、通信功能。产品已通过 ISO9001 质量体系认证。


二、通电检查要求

装置外壳需可靠接地;开入量默认无源接点输入,如需直流 220V 有源接点需订货注明;务必核对电流输入极性、电压输入相序。电流回路通流限制:2 倍额定电流可连续工作,10 倍额定电流允许 10s,40 倍额定电流允许 1s。


三、保护及告警功能

具备速断、限时速断、定时限过流、反时限过流、低压保护、过压保护、温度保护、瓦斯保护、零序过压 / 零序过流、过负荷、负序过流、低频减载、接地故障保护、三相一次重合闸、后加速跳闸功能;支持进线自复、进线备自投、母分备自投、PT 切换、PT 并列;配备 PT 断线、各段母线异常、弹簧未储能、控制回路断线、装置自检等告警功能。


四、硬件与接口

  1. 人机界面:128×64 点阵中文液晶显示屏,5 分钟无操作自动休眠;6 路 LED 状态指示灯,7 个操作按键,参数修改通用口令:888888。

  2. 端子排:共 X1、X2、X3、X4 四组端子,X1 为电流、电源输入,X2 为电压输入,X3 为通讯、开关量输入输出,X4 为开入量、装置失电告警。

  3. 通讯接口:全系标配 RS485 接口;YZ320-Ⅱ 额外配备以太网、USB 接口,通讯规约为 IEC MODBUS,支持光纤通信。

  4. 通道配置:各型号电压、电流、开入量、开出量通道数量存在差异,全系标配 12 路开入量。


五、菜单功能

  1. 查询:查看一次系统、测量数据、事件记录、SOE 记录、通讯监测、开入检查、系统自检、装置信息;事件与 SOE 记录各可存储 30 条,时间分辨率<2ms。

  2. 设置:包含定值整定、保护投退、参数整定、保护配置,修改参数均需输入口令。

  3. 调试:支持开出调试、通道系数整定、通道零点查看,系数与零点出厂已校准。

   YZ320 Series Integrated Microcomputer Protection Device


1. Product Overview

The YZ320 series consists of three models: YZ320-Ⅰ, YZ320 (9 units) and YZ320-Ⅱ (9 units). It is applicable to medium-voltage power grids of 10kV and below, compatible with various grounding modes, switchgears and bus wiring systems. The device integrates protection, measurement, control, monitoring and communication functions, and has passed ISO9001 quality system certification.


2. Pre-power-on Inspection Requirements

The device enclosure shall be reliably grounded. Digital inputs adopt passive contacts by default; DC 220V active contacts shall be specified when ordering if required. Verify the polarity of current inputs and phase sequence of voltage inputs strictly. Current circuit load limits: Continuous operation at 2 times rated current; maximum 10 seconds at 10 times rated current; maximum 1 second at 40 times rated current.


3. Protection & Alarm Functions

It is equipped with instantaneous overcurrent, time-limit overcurrent, definite-time overcurrent, inverse-time overcurrent, undervoltage protection, overvoltage protection, temperature protection, gas protection, zero-sequence overvoltage & zero-sequence overcurrent protection, overload protection, negative-sequence overcurrent protection, under-frequency load shedding and ground fault protection. It also supports three-phase single-shot reclosing and re-acceleration tripping.

Featured functions include incoming line auto-reclosing, incoming line bus transfer, bus coupler transfer, PT switching and PT paralleling. Alarm functions cover PT disconnection, bus abnormal status, spring energy storage failure, control circuit disconnection and device self-check alarms.


4. Hardware & Interfaces

  1. Man-machine Interface: 128×64 dot-matrix Chinese LCD, which enters sleep mode automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity. Equipped with 6 LED status indicators and 7 operation keys. Universal password for parameter modification: 888888.

  2. Terminal Blocks: Four terminal blocks in total. X1 for current and power supply input; X2 for voltage input; X3 for communication and switch input & output; X4 for digital inputs and device power-loss alarm.

  3. Communication Interfaces: RS485 interface equipped for all models. YZ320-Ⅱ is additionally fitted with Ethernet and USB ports. Adopts IEC MODBUS protocol and supports optical fiber communication.

  4. Channel Configuration: The number of voltage, current, digital input and output channels varies by model. All models are configured with 12 digital input channels.


5. Menu Functions

  1. Query: View primary system diagram, measured data, event records, SOE records, communication status, digital input check, system self-check and device information. Both event records and SOE records can store up to 30 entries with time resolution less than 2ms.

  2. Settings: Including setting value configuration, protection on/off control, parameter setting and protection configuration. Password verification is required for all modifications.

  3. Debugging: Output circuit debugging, channel coefficient calibration and channel zero point checking. Channel coefficients and zero points are calibrated before factory delivery.

8. Installation & Accessories

The device adopts embedded installation: insert the unit from the front of the cabinet and fix it with brackets at the rear. Standard accessories: 1 set of setting record sheet and 2 mounting brackets. Do not miswire analog input terminals; the input and output terminals of current transformers must not be reversed.
